Having
a problem and need help? Existing and new MicroServe clients can call upon a tech
to remotely assist with most computer problems. Follow the easy
steps below to get remote help right away.
Current MicroServe clients are covered under your support agreement so no credit card is needed.
Not a MicroServe Client? Just call 240.686.2012 with a Visa or
MasterCard credit card and you can still get immediate remote
support for $100 for the first hour and $25 for each additional 15
minutes.

Call MicroServe Consulting to be connected to a live support technician by
calling: 240.686.2012
Step 2: Run the Remote Desktop Tool
Click on the button to the right to download and run the Remote Desktop Tool
Step 3: Enter Code
The support technician on the phone will exchange an authorization code with
you, allowing them to remotely see your screen and assist you with
troubleshooting.
